RELEASE: Land Lease Communities have a big say on social and economic impacts: Residential Land Lease Alliance (RLLA) releases groundbreaking report into the benefits of older Australian’s living in Manufactured Housing Estates (MHEs) and the broader economic benefits of the industry.
RLLA calls for innovative policy approaches to encourage older Australians to downsize. One such incentive may be a ‘last home owners scheme’ designed to encourage older people to buy a smaller home, releasing housing stock for younger families and first home buyers.
