The Residential Land Lease Alliance represents over 900 land lease communities across Australia. The largest private providers of affordable housing in Australia, land lease communities house approximately 100,000 Australians who own their own home, but lease the underlying land.
Residential land lease communities are commonly known as caravan parks, residential parks, mobile home parks or manufactured home estates.
