About Residential Land Lease Alliance
Formed in 2015, the Residential Land Lease Alliance (RLLA) is a sub-committee of Caravan Industry Association of Australia. The RLLA acts at the national representative body of land lease community providers.
The RLLA actively advocates for Manufactured Housing Estates and Land Lease Communities to state and federal government. Striving for increased recognition in land lease communities as a viable, sustainable and effective housing solution, particularly for semi-retired and retired people wishing to downsize.

Purpose of the RLLA
Provide a national perspective to stated-based legislation and regulation
To be aware of any state based issues that may have an impact on federal legislation
Work collaboratively with state-based organisations to promote and develop the residential land lease industry
Provide representation on relevant federal government working committees of discussions on issues concerning affordable housing, rental assistance, GST, taxation and any other matter affecting the industry
Raise the profile of the residential land lease industry as a viable and sustainable provider of affordable housing Australia-wide
Open to anyone who is the owner or operator of a land lease community.
